PET POLICY
Dogs and Cats allowed. 2 pet limit. 45 lb weight limit and some breed restrictions apply. $150 Pet Deposit/ $150 non-Refundable Pet Fee. $30 per pet/per month pet rent. Breed restrictions include the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, or any breeds mixed with the previous listed.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Touring: Government-issued I.D is required to tour.
Income: Income verification is required during the application process.
Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require an additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
COMMUNITY FEES
Admin Fee - $45
Parking- $50

A place for current residents to access lease information, pay rent online, update account details, and submit maintenance requests.
